Change PLONE site logo

After adding a new PLONE site, (I now have two sites), I followed the exact steps as I did for the first site to change the site logo. A new logo.jpg file was uploaded to the folder "Custom" under plone_skin. Then I restarted zope and loaded the new site. Much to my disappointment, the logo for the new site is exactly the same as the other site. No matter what I did, nothing changes. PLONE developers, why did you make this simple task so damn complicated?

Problem: You can't start PLONE by clicking the Plone Icon or the Plone item on the Start menu.

Solution: Open the Control Panel and click Service. Find the entry "Zope". Right click to start the service. Now you should be able to access the Zope control panel through http://mysite:port/.
